
Our long-standing Pennsylvania Government Relations firm has an opening for an experienced Office Manager to take responsibility and ensure continuity for the smooth running of our small, dynamic office.
This full-time position will include providing a full range of office management duties. This is an autonomous role. The successful candidate needs to be self-directed, comfortable working independently and able to make sound business decisions. Solid organizational and problem-solving skills, as well as strong interpersonal communications skills, are required.
Applicants should also possess:
- A positive disposition
- QuickBooks and accounting experience
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Office Suite of products including Microsoft Word, Access and Excel
- A Pennsylvania Notary is preferable
- Experience with WordPress is a plus
