Joe Topper has taken back the reins of the Allentown company he founded. Topper purchased the ownership interests of CrossAmerica, now called CrossAmerica Partners LP from Alimentation Couche-Tard and will become chairman of the board of directors. Topper founded the company, originally Lehigh Gas Corp. in 1987.
