MS Consultants Inc. announced that Michael D. Kratofil, PE has been appointed as their new President. The former President and CEO, Thomas E. Mosure, PE, will become the new chairman of the board. Mosure’s children, Monica and Thomas, are also taking on new roles as Chief Administrative Officer and Chief Growth Officer, making them the third generation of family ownership for the firm.
