Right now, today, there is a very real gap in the supply chain when it comes to hardware because of the coronavirus marketplace.
This is not just about cell phones.
All hardware has parts and circuitry that come from areas of the world that have had market and production slowdowns.
What does that mean for purchasers, both government and commercial?
At some point the surplus of current, available hardware, will become scarce or just outright non-existent, at least for a period of time.
